Founded in 2011, Transient Canvas is a duo committed to delivering new and innovative works to a wider audience. The unique voices of clarinetist Amy Advocat and marimbist Matt Sharrock combine to create a genre-defining ensemble. In their short time together, Amy and Matt have already commissioned and premiered thirteen pieces, including works by Marti Epstein, Gary Philo, and Osnat Netzer.
