Music Buyer's Guide

New to booking entertainment? Use our simple guide to learn what you'll need to do.

  1. Find Musicians

    Look through our many musical groups to find the best fit. Feel free to contact a group if you have any questions.

  2. Contact Musicians

    When you find an ensemble that interests you, gather the location, date, time, duration and budget for your event. Have this information ready when you call the group to check their availability.

  3. Book Musicians

    To seal the deal, our musicians will send you a BMA-approved contract, clearly defining your engagement and guaranteeing that you and the musicians honor the terms of the contract.
